STR has joined the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) as an affiliate member.

Founded in 1985, STR’s presence has expanded to 15 countries with an international headquarters in London. With data from more than 62,000 hotels across 180 countries, STR has the most comprehensive, up-to-date hotel data in the world. The company is excited to build on that database with its continued expansion into additional segments of the accommodations industry, including holiday homes. STR was acquired in October 2019 by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.

EHHA was founded in 2013 by some of the biggest holiday rental industry players in Europe. Its membership consists of managers’ associations, trade associations and national and international companies operating in Europe.
