PASC UK, the Professional Association of Self-Caterers in England and Wales, has joined EHHA as a trade association.
PASC UK supports the self-catering, short-term lets and holiday lets sector in England and Wales. PASC UK is the association with 1800+ Members, of which 120+ are agency Members. PASC provides businesses in this sector of the tourism economy with briefings and webinars on policy issues affecting the sector and advocates the Government on legislation, policy and regulatory issues.
Established in 2017, PASC UK has been successful in bringing a collective action against insurers that refused to pay out in Covid times, has been able to dramatically reduce Business Rates for the sector (a UK property based tax), and has been advocating actively for the introduction of a National Registration Scheme in England.
In addition, the association supports its Members in navigating the new local Fire Regulations, with a dedicated support team, and regularly published papers to help Members grow their businesses.
