Smart Press S.A., a Greek publishing company and conference organizer, has joined the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) as an affiliate member.
In January 2019, Smart Press S.A. organised the BnB Guest Conference in Athens, Greece. The conference was dedicated to short-term rentals and it attracted more than 3.800 attendees who owned or managed more than 7.500 properties.
The 2nd BnB Guest Conference will be organised on 25-26 January, 2020.
In February 2019, the company launched its news website BnB News. The Greek website offers specialized information to property owners and STR managers on every aspect of their activities: national and international market news, interviews, opinion articles, legislation and taxation news, technology news, advice on equipment and additional services, etc. In addition to this, once a week, more than 3.500 of Greek property owners, managers and connected companies receive the company’s newsletter.

EHHA was founded in 2013 by some of the biggest holiday rental industry players in Europe. Its membership consists of managers’ associations, trade associations and national and international companies operating in Europe.
