Czech short-term rental trade association (CAPUS), has joined the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA).
The Czech short-term rental trade association was founded in January 2018 and it currently associates 16 property management companies with more than 600 apartments: Blahobyty, Carebnb, Property Rentier, Rentego, iFlat BK, Vacasa Czechia, Bureš & partneři, Oleg Šenšin, Honeco, Avvazon, Palmetto Investment, Olive Homes, easyBNB, Empirent, Iberis Apartments, Ruterra.
The main mission of the association is to represent benefits of short term rentals to the society, educate about the market and contribute to setting up fair and easily applicable rules for short-term rentals in the Czech Republic.
Carlos Villaro Lassen, Secretary General of the EHHA, said: “We are happy to welcome Czech short-term rental association on EHHA board and we are looking forward to getting valuable insights about the Czech market.”
EHHA was founded in 2013 by some of the biggest holiday rental industry players in Europe. Its membership consists of managers’ associations, trade associations and national and international companies operating in Europe.
