Your.Rentals has joined the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) as an affiliate member.
Your.Rentals is the performance-based Software as a Service (SaaS) for alternative accommodation property managers (vacation rentals, apartment rentals, b&b’s, etc.). Unlike other software vendors, the company does not charge any monthly fee. Property managers only pay when receiving a booking.
The company was founded in 2016 and now employs 40+ people from 15 different countries working in Europe and Asia, providing a simple yet powerful software for its customers from all over the world.
The company’s customer “sweet spot” are private owners and smaller property management companies. The company provides them with a simple to use all-in-one software solution. One point of difference between the company and its competitors, as the company claims, is that it provides a complete solution – there is no need to create and manage accounts in each different sales channel. The company’s users can manage all their bookings, calendars and payouts from a single Your.Rentals account.
The company enables more than 25,000 registered property managers and owners to list their short-term rental properties in just a few steps, and publish them on every major holiday rentals website including Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, plus many niche and local sites.
At Your.Rentals, the staff is committed to creating value for every single customer. The company only makes money when its property managers and owners make money. There is no sign-up fee and no subscription.
More importantly, the company’s product has always put the users at heart – whether they are professional property managers or individual hosts. The company’s team strives to make renting simple for everyone.
Carlos Villaro Lassen, Secretary General of the EHHA, said: “We are happy to welcome Your.Rentals on EHHA board and looking forward to working together in the near future!“
EHHA was founded in 2013 by some of the biggest holiday rental industry players in Europe. Its membership consists of managers’ associations, trade associations and national and international companies operating in Europe.
